This integration will allow QuickaPay users to automatically sync clients and invoices with Xero Accounting. Once your QuickaPay account is linked to your Xero account, each sent invoice will automatically sync with your account in Xero, along with client information. Users will also have the option of individually syncing invoices if that is the preferred method of reconciliation with Xero.
Follow the steps below to link your account:
Step 1 - Login to you QuickaPay account from your device to connect your Xero account with QuickaPay. You will only be required to do this once.
Step 2 - Click into Settings and tap on Connect from the menu.
Step 4 - Get started by selecting the contacts that you would like to import from Xero inside of QuickaPay and tapping on import to start the synchronisation. All invoices and future contacts will sync automatically.
Step 5 - Once you've sent an invoice via email to your customer, log in to your Xero account and navigate to the section labeled Invoices, choose 'See All,' and look for the QuickaPay invoice number under the Reference column. Now that you're set up, every single invoice that you send will automatically copy into your Xero account.
